Site ID

The Site ID is located on a printed label affixed to the PC, phone or equipment rack in your Cafe. The Site ID begins with MWR-AFG, MWR-IRQ, or MWR-KUW. If none of these labels are present, please provide the iDirect Satellite Router serial number, a 6 digit number usually starting with 0. If you can find none of these identifiers, enter the name of your FOB/COB.
