No. Due to the complexities of IP-based calling, and in order to keep the rates extremely low, SPAWAR does not offer operator services. SPAWAR recommends that you use http://www.superpages.com for your general number lookups.
Yes. Once you reach a DSN operator in the United States, simply ask the operator to connect you to the SPAWAR Internet Cafe domestic toll-free number at 1-866-573-4546. You can also find this domestic toll-free number on the Account Service page. Once connected, use your PIN to place long distance calls. Please note that all calls made using the toll-free number incur a $.02 per minute access surcharge. This surcharge will be added to the rates shown in the Rate Table when using the domestic calling card access number.
Yes. Please contact SPAWAR Customer Service by using the Feedback Form and we will send you a Bulk Purchase Order Form. Once you return the completed form, we will process the order and send you a list of the PINs you purchased along with your receipt.
The recipients of these PINs can recharge them by registering the account here. The subscribers will be asked to provide their registration information, including their credit card, and will select a password for their accounts.
Yes. You can purchase a PIN and provide it to someone else. You must first establish a new account. At the end of that process, you'll see the 10-digit PIN on your screen and you will receive an email with the PIN included. If you give that PIN to someone else, they will be able to use it to make phone calls until the account balance has been depleted or recharged, depending on your selection. If you provide the user the password, they will be able to access the account on the website and see the call history and account balance. They will also be able to recharge the account using the credit card on record.
