Unused minutes are not refundable, but SPAWAR does offer a domestic toll-free number 1-866-573-4546 that can be used for calls originating in the U.S.. You can use this access number to consume your unused balance. Please note that calls made using this access number incur a two-cent per minute access surcharge, in addition to the rates shown in the Rate Table.
