You can purchase PINs online to pass on to deployed troops and support personnel for use in SPAWAR Internet Cafes or via DSN to the SPAWAR Stateside Access Number should there not be an Internet Cafe nearby.**

You also have the option to purchase PINs as a tax-deductible donation to military family support groups who will then distribute those PINs to troops and their families.

  • Order Process:
    - How Much? Select the PIN value using the pull-down.
    - How Many? Enter the number of PINs you’d like to order of that value.
    - To Whom? Select where you’d like us to send the PINs from the pull-down.
    - Repeat the process if you would like to order more PINs of the same or different values to be sent to the same or other destinations. This simplifies the billing so that only one financial transaction is needed.
    - The total cost of your order will appear below the itemized list.
    - Enter your information. Your name, address and phone number must match what you have on file with your credit card company. All information marked with an * must be entered for your order to be processed. Your CVC Number is the 3-digit number on the back of your credit card.
    - Provide any special instructions in the “Order Comments” block
    - Read and accept the Terms of Service by checking the associated block
    - Click “Submit”
    - You will receive an email response to your order once the PIN purchase is complete (generally in fewer than 15 minutes).
    - If you selected “Send pins to my email address,” your email will provide a link to the PINs. Click the link and you will be asked to download your PIN file. Open the downloaded file. The PINs can be sent by email to your intended recipient who can use them immediately to place their calls.
    - If you designated a charity as the recipient, they will receive the donated PINs and will send a receipt to your email address recognizing your donation. We suggest you retain this receipt as a record of your donation. SPAWAR takes no responsibility for record keeping of donated PINs.

    CVV stands for Card Verification Value. This number is used as a security feature to protect you from credit card fraud. Finding the number on your card is a very simple process. Just follow the directions below.

    Visa, Mastercard: The CVV for these cards is found on the back side of the card. It is only the last three digits on the far right of the signature panel box.


    American Express: The CVV on American Express cards is found on the front of the card. It is a four digit number printed in smaller text on the right side above the credit card number.

    If you are donating PINS, by checking this block, no identifying information will be passed to the charity and they will not provide you a receipt. Your credit card transaction will be the only record of your donation

    Users should safeguard this PIN against loss or theft. The Service Provider is not responsible for loss, theft or unauthorized use of PIN. In no event will the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising in any manner from the use of the Service. The Service Provider will not offer any refunds or reimbursements for the purchase price of the PIN. PIN has no cash value and is non-refundable, unless defective. A payphone surcharge will apply.

    International rates subject to change without notice, and International rates vary. Calls to international cell phones may be billed at higher rates. Cellular phone usage charges may apply. Usage rounded to the next full minute.
